The St. Louis law firm of Bertram, Peper and Hier was founded in 1986 by Rex A. Bertram and Christian B. Peper, Jr.  They were joined ten years later by Marshall D. Hier.  All three members brought with them years of valuable and varied legal experience at one of the largest St. Louis law firms.   Anne D. In addition, Mr. Bertram practices in all aspects of estate planning and trust and estate administration, including personal estate planning.  He represents executors and trustees in the administration of estates and trusts.

Mr. Bertram is a member of the Board of Directors of Paraquad, Inc., an independent living center in St. Louis , Missouri .  He served as Chairman of the Board from 1989-1992.
